FAQ

What auto services do you offer?

Cleanline Automotive is a full-service auto repair operation. Our team of Car Whisperers (licensed automotive technicians) can look after diagnostics, oil changes, tires, brakes, alignments, timing belts and so much more. We’re qualified to work on all makes and models, including imports. Whether your ride is brand new, previously-loved or very vintage, we’ll ‘Fix it good’!

Are you qualified?

Dang straight we are! Our team of mechanics, or as we like to call them, “Car Whisperers” went to school for this. They successfully completed rigorous testing to receive a Red Seal Certification. For the sake of your car and the safety of your cargo (e.g. the humans that ride around in your car), we urge you to always take your vehicle to a licensed technician.

I have a new car, so I need to take it to a dealership for maintenance in order to keep my warranty valid. Right?

No way Jose! Consider this myth busted! Let’s say you just bought yourself a brand new German vehicle. Spiffy, ja! Well, as long as you follow the specifications provided by the manufacturer (refer to your handy owner’s manual), your warranty is valid. At Cleanline Automotive, we understand that all cars are made differently, so we always follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. We’ll make sure your warranty remains valid and you car remains happy… for years to come.

How often do I need an oil change?

The days of “every 5000 km” are gone. Yes, some vehicles need an oil change every five thousand clicks, but others only require this service every 10 or even 15 thousand kilometres. We follow the manufacturer’s specifications to make sure your car gets exactly what it needs to run happily ever after…or at least for a very long time.

What makes Cleanline Automotive an “earth friendly” business?

We live in a beautiful, pristine place. The environment is always on our mind. We like trees and lakes and fresh air and want to see all these things remain healthy for our kids and your kids and their kids’ kids. When making a decision, whether it be sourcing a new product or adopting a process, we always consider the environmental impact.

Doesn’t “earth-friendly” mean more expensive?

We’ve found that many “green” products are actually priced quite competitively. This means we can use more environmentally friendly products and practices and still save our customers money over the long term. Bam pow!
