The Opportunity
Our company is growing and we’re looking for a Front Seat Driver (Service Advisor) who thrives on organization, communication and delivering an exceptional customer experience! If you love cars, people, and planet earth — you’ll fit right in.
As part of Cleanline Automotive, you will play a key role in connecting customers with exceptional automotive solutions.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Communication
- Greet customers, answer calls, and schedule appointments
- Translate technical information clearly between technicians and customers
- Ensure customers approve all work and costs before proceeding
- Provide pre-appointment reminders and follow-up calls
- Recommend additional services when beneficial to client
Service Advising & Workflow Coordination
- Build accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date appointment schedule
- Coordinate technician workflow and keep jobs moving efficiently
- Ensure factory maintenance schedules are followed
- Pre-book future appointments
Parts & Admin
- Order, receive, and assign parts to work orders
- Manage parts returns and inventory
- Oversee accounts receivable/payable
- Handle payments (cash, debit, credit)
- Manage tire storage inventory
- Support with random missions (vehicle shuttling, washing, etc.)
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain calm demeanor & sense of humour in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Automotive, dealership or service advisor experience an asset
- Comfort with computers and Windows-based software
- Valid Driver’s License
